When a key enterprise client announced a major rollout on iPad, I led the initiative to research, design, and pitch a solution, transforming it from an oversized phone app into a true, productivity-focused tablet experience.
The result was a more ergonomic, efficient, and powerful tool for users on the go.
Our app was built for mobile, designed for quick actions in the field. But a major business opportunity forced us to rethink that. A key enterprise client was preparing to deploy our app to their entire sales force, exclusively on iPads.
Our existing app on an iPad was a terrible experience -

Controls were stretched and hard to reach

Vast seas of whitespace made the app feel empty and broken

We risked the success of a major client rollout by providing a poor user experience.

35% Faster for Users
In testing, users with the new design completed their core planning tasks 35 - 35% faster, turning a clunky workflow into a fluid one.

30% Less Efforts
We cut the number of clicks for the same task by more than half, drastically reducing user effort and the potential for errors.

From Pitch to Project
The compelling data turned our proactive proposal into a greenlit project, securing its place on the official product roadmap.

We proactively solved a major client's unstated problem, strengthening a key partnership by showing we were thinking ahead.
